Prof. Danuta Witkowska and Ms. Joanna Słowik from the University of Opole are currently visiting the IBB-CNR Institute in Naples as part of a scientific exchange under the PurHumanDrome project.
During their stay, research is being carried out in the field of molecular docking of first peptides synthesized within this project into ATIC enzyme. Additionally, Ms. Joanna Słowik has received training from Dr. Giovanni Roviello in circular dichroism spectroscopy, covering both theoretical principles and practical applications.
Next week, Prof. Witkowska will deliver a lecture entitled “Science for Health: When Disciplines Join Forces”, which will be addressed not only to researchers from the CNR but also to representatives of other universities in Naples.
